A Powerful Unbeaten Century from Luke Pomersbach and Brisbane Heat Enter BBL Final and Qualified for T20 Champions League

The left-hand batsman Luke Pomersbach reached his first T20 century, and just the ninth in the tournament's history, with 11 balls left in the innings, and finally scored with an unbeaten 112 off just 70 balls and lead Brisbane heat to the BBL final after down the Melbourne Renegades by 15 runs in the first semi-final.

South Africa Fast Bowlier Dale Steyn Play Big Bash League Signs on for Brisbane Heat

The Dale Steyn will play a one-off match for the Brisbane Heat in the australia twenty20 Big Bash League 2012-2013 season after South Africa's Test tour of Australia finishes in early December and he has signed on to play the  first match of the tournament, against the Hobart Hurricanes at the Gabba and the Heat coach Darren Lehmann, who coached Steyn with the Deccan Chargers during the IPL last season, said he was thrilled Steyn had agreed to fill the one-match vacancy.
