Sri Lankan Captain Kumara Sangakkara has replaced Yuvraj Singh as the skipper of the Kings Eleven Punjab, the IPL team. The assessment has been reportedly conveyed to Yuvraj Singh by the CEO of the franchisee.Yuvraj led the team in the first two seasons of the IPL, reaching the semi-finals in the 1st season, but not managing to repeat that success in the 2nd season.
Earlier reports suggested that Yuvraj Singh was being replaced because his approach was a problem and not because of the perform of the team.
